To our manufacturers, we pledge to provide professional representation and sustainable long-term sales growth. We embrace our manufacturers' goals; whatever they may be, Total Source aligns our marketing goals with those of the manufacturer. For our operators, we seek to provide solutions through foodservice products and equipment to help optimize their profitability and growth. And, importantly, with the distributors that stock our manufacturers' products, we seek to build long-term partnerships.

Our History
Total Source was founded in 1992 with three phone lines and a desk; little more than a decade later Total Source is housed in an 11,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility with a fully equipped commercial test kitchen, amphitheater-style training center, and an equipment and supply showroom. Back in 1992, Terry Hughner, the founder, wore several hats: that of the president, salesperson, customer service representative, and even janitor! We now have three departments each staffed with skilled personnel to serve our customers: a customer service department, a foodservice sales team, and an equipment and supply division - as well as a cleaning service! We have grown tremendously. Our company has grown because of our philosophy of reinvestment. We continuously reinvest in all areas of our business: our people, physical resources, technology, and facility. Everywhere you look, our philosophy of reinvestment is apparent. From equipping our sales team with notebook computers to providing health and retirement benefits to all of our people, the core reason for our success is our commitment to Reinvestment.

Our Team
We are a spirited bunch who truly enjoy the success we bring to our clients. We celebrate when we surpass a client's goal because it's generally tightly aligned with our own goals. And while we each approach our jobs in our own unique styles, one thing is certain: we all share common beliefs and values that drive our performance. Our Facility
We designed and built our facility to live up to our name, Total Source. A training center, commercial test kitchen, equipment, and supply showcase, multiple conference rooms equipped with internet ready LCD projectors, and storage that includes a refrigerated and freezer walk-ins and an air-conditioned warehouse. It's one of the most apparent signs of our philosophy of reinvestment.
